FASE Business Adjustment Notice
Dear FASE Customer,
Thank you for your long-standing trust and support for FASE. After careful evaluation, FASE has decided to adjust its business operation and will completely cease providing phone case printing services effective from October 1, 2025 (“Business Termination Date”). Below are the related arrangements:
Order Arrangements
- Order Cut-off Date: All orders for phone case printing services will cease on September 30, 2025.
- Shipping Arrangement: All orders confirmed before the cut-off date will be completed and shipped as scheduled.
eVouchers, Gift Cards, and Member Points Arrangements
- Expiration Date: September 30, 2025 will be the last day that related eVouchers, gift cards, and member points can be used / redeemed.
- Usage Details: Please use any unused eVouchers, gift cards, or member points before the Business Termination Date.
Product Warranty Arrangements
- Warranty Policy: Orders confirmed on or before September 30, 2025, will still enjoy a 12-month warranty period (subject to the relevant terms and conditions).
- Warranty Arrangement: To apply for warranty service after the Business Termination Date, please contact our customer service team via email (hello@fase.com.hk) within the warranty period, and a representative will be specifically assigned to assist you.
Future Direction
FASE will discontinue phone case printing services and will focus on the design, production, and retail of phone cases and other electronic accessories. These products will continue to be available at Fortress physical and online shops. We look forward to continuing to provide you with high-quality products and services in other product categories.
