1. Become FASE Member
Click on the 'Account' icon located at the top right corner of the website and fill in your basic personal information to complete the registration.
2. Start browsing phone cases
You can choose from our in-house design or collaborative design series, with over 100+ exclusive designs. You can also personalize your phone case through custom design, adding unique text and photos to make it truly one-of-a-kind.
3. Choose the shipping method
FASE provides two shipping methods: home delivery or self-pickup at one of our 1,800+ pickup points. You can choose the shipping method that suits your needs.
4. Choose the payment method
We support multiple payment methods, including various credit cards and e-wallets. You can also use electronic codes/gift cards purchased from other partnering platforms during checkout.
Reminder: remember to use any discount codes, electronic codes, or gift cards during checkout, as they cannot be applied after completing the payment.
5. View order status
After completing the checkout, you will receive an email notification when the following order statuses are updated.:
- Order Received: FASE has received and is reviewing your order.
- Order Confirmed and Shipped: FASE has confirmed your order and it has been shipped. You can track your order using the tracking code.
- Order Completed: You can download the electronic receipt from your order history.
6. Process returns, exchanges, or warranty.
All FASE phone case products come with a 10-day refund guarantee and a 12-month warranty, providing you with comprehensive protection.
If you need to request an exchange within 10 days after receiving the product, or if you require product maintenance during the warranty period, please fill out the service support form. Our customer service representative will assist you promptly.
