After we receive your order, we will review your order. If you order is accepted by us, we will prepare your order and ship as soon as possible.
If you place order by 2pm, the earliest shipping day will be next working day. If you place order after 2pm, the earliest shipping day will be within 2 working days. (Depending on shipping area & Exclude Public Holiday)
Home Delivery Details
The delivery service covers Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.
The delivery service is available from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays, from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM each day.
An additional HK$20 delivery fee will be charged per order for the following remote areas (to be collected during checkout):
Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island and Peng Chau, and South Lantau (including but not limited to: Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo, Pui O, etc.).
Self-Pickup Details
Customers can choose from over 1,800 self-pickup locations, including SF Store, SF Business Station, SF Locker, and SF Service Partner (e.g. 7-11 Stores, Circle K Stores, KE Lockers, Shell Gas Stations, small chain stores and individual shops etc.).

What remote areas incur additional delivery fees for home delivery?
Remote areas that incur additional delivery fees for home delivery include Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, and Lantau South (including but not limited to Tai O, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Mui Wo, Pui O, etc.). An additional fee of HKD $20 per order will be charged for these areas (collected during checkout). -
Can I choose a specific delivery time?
We are unable to offer you the option to choose a specific delivery time. Once your order is shipped, our logistics partner will arrange the delivery as soon as possible. -
How many days does it take for delivery after placing an order?
After your order is shipped, our logistics partner will arrange the delivery as soon as possible. You can track your order by using the tracking code provided on the logistics partner's website. -
Can I change the shipping method after placing an order?
Once an order is placed, it is not possible to change the shipping method. -
What if I provided wrong shipping information?
Please fill out the service support form immediately after placing your order, and our customer service representative will follow up with you as soon as possible. -
Any notification before shipping?
For home delivery orders, our logistics partner will contact you via phone call to arrange the delivery and confirm the receipt details.For self-pickup orders, once the order arrives at the designated pickup point, you will receive an SMS notification with pickup instructions. Please follow the instructions and collect your order within 24 hours. -
Can someone receive the order for me?
Yes, you can authorize someone else to sign for the delivery on your behalf or present the pickup code to collect the package.
