• Free shipping for orders over HK$300. A delivery fee of HK$25 will be applied for orders below HK$300.
Shipping Service
• Our products are shipped by SF Express. You can choose 【Home Delivery】 or 【Self Pickup 】service during checkout.
【Home Delivery】
• Only applies to Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.
• An additional shipping fee of HK$20 per order will be charged for remote areas (charged at checkout): including Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Ping Chau and Lantau South.
【Self-pickup】
• You can pick up your order at SF Locker, SF Store, SF Business Station or SF Service Partner (e.g. 7-11 stores, Circle K stores, small chain stores, etc.). You can view available pick-up locations at checkout.
• If you place an order before 2 pm, the goods will be received as soon as the next working day; if you place an order after 2 pm, the goods will be received as soon as two working days. (Except public holidays and subject to location).

Each product will be accompanied by an original FASE cardboard box to ensure that the product is protected during the shipping process.

Yes, every phone case produced by FASE comes with a 12-month warranty. If any issues arise within 10 days of purchase, you can also benefit from a one-to-one exchange.

If it is confirmed that the quality of the phone case does not meet the product standards, FASE guarantees to arrange a replacement.
If you need to request a product exchange within 10 days of receiving it or require product maintenance during the warranty period, please fill out the service support form and provide product photos/videos. Our customer service representative will respond to you via email within two working days to follow up on your order.
