Shipping Fee
• Free shipping for orders over HK$300. A delivery fee of HK$25 will be applied for orders below HK$300.
Shipping Service
• Our products are shipped by SF Express. You can choose 【Home Delivery】 or 【Self Pickup 】service during checkout.
【Home Delivery】
• Only applies to Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.
• An additional shipping fee of HK$20 per order will be charged for remote areas (charged at checkout): including Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Ping Chau and Lantau South.
【Self-pickup】
• You can pick up your order at SF Locker, SF Store, SF Business Station or SF Service Partner (e.g. 7-11 stores, Circle K stores, small chain stores, etc.). You can view available pick-up locations at checkout.
• If you place an order before 2 pm, the goods will be received as soon as the next working day; if you place an order after 2 pm, the goods will be received as soon as two working days. (Except public holidays and subject to location).

Product Warrant
Yes, every phone case produced by FASE comes with a 12-month warranty. If any issues arise within 10 days of purchase, you can also benefit from a one-to-one exchange.
It begins from the day of your receipt of the product. If you encounter any issues with the product, please contact us within the 10-day period by service support form.

If it is confirmed that the quality of the phone case does not meet the product standards, FASE guarantees to arrange a replacement.
If you need to request a product exchange within 10 days of receiving it or require product maintenance during the warranty period, please fill out the service support form and provide product photos/videos. Our CS team will respond to you via email within two working days to follow up on your order.
